Anyways, eye is way too blurry, eyebrows are way to thick, especially the lower one, the blush color looks like failed make-up, there's no attention paid to line width, or colors, or even lighting conditions... I'd say, practice on drawing some real life stuff, get a pen tablet, and then have fun.
