Keyboard shortcuts: HELP PLZ!
« on: February 16, 2010, 07:14:57 AM »
Hello all, I have been using Sai for a while, and while I love it, I prefer Photoshop for a couple of reasons. One of them should be an easy fix, but it's not. I have a bamboo fun tablet, and in Photoshop, the left click button on my tablet pen scrolls the image. (In sai the tool is called 'scroll view,' or 'hand tool.' it's where your mouse becomes a hand icon and u can move around the image.) While I can get my mouse to turn into the hand icon, I can't scroll around the image by pressing the pen to tablet, like I can in photoshop. Is there a keyboard shortcut for this so that I can assign that button to my pen?

Please if anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. :'(

I just figured this one out myself  ;D

Double-click on the hand tool. You can assign a key to that tool. You can't assign mouse-clicks to it, it seems, but you can change the Wacom Tablet settings to send a that key instead of a mouse-click.

If you open Preferences in SAI you can change the Pen buttons shortcuts, including macros.
