I can read some Japanese & I asked on the SAI BBS if we can use an American (or non Japanese) credit card to buy Sai.
Someone replied said that they tried to do this, but they got an error. When they retried multiple times, their credit card company disabled the card for security reasons & they had to call in and cancel the card.

Sorry but I don't feel like runing my CC because of this.
Now you all know that no, you cannot buy SAI outside of japan.

Or is this supposed to be our e-mail address? (In a previous page it already asked for ours, so it probably isn't that.) If there isn't an e-mail address listed on the back of our credit card, do we just leave this blank?

I followed the instructions to buy it with my CC but it gives me an error I can't translate because it's on a pop up window where I can't copy the text.I'm sure everything I wrote is correct, that's why I don't understand what could have gone wrong...

I tried to buy SAI (i have only $6 on my CC, but I want to see this error).
So...

1) Use Internet Explorer (I use IE6)
2) To translate messages in popup windows, activate window and press Ctrl+C to copy all text from popup

You error is probably "Invalid phone number"
I can't enter my (or bank) phone number, because it has more numbers that I can enter into that text box.

So I use "0000000000" for phone number (see pic. #5). It's ok.
Of course transaction failed ($6 is not $50 )

It seems that they are currently now not accepting foreign credit cards. I will wait until they put Paypal or another alternative for payment.

Also, I have a question, when you buy a license for SAI, is that also for future versions or only version 1.0 (Current), after which if they release a new one (Version 2.0 for example) you will have to pay for again?

i think the phone number you must fill correctly is within a range that only maybe Japaneses people can fill it ??...
because my phone number cannot Fit Inside that field to fill the correct information to make the correct purchase!!

i even tried with a friend to modify the field to accept longer number...but still the site generated an error that the number format is not valid!!!

i conclude its Japanese exclusive so far..?!
