Cannot Save .config files - Solutions?

Hi Guys,

I've been using Sai for a while now, first the trial from here and for the last few months the official version purchased and downloaded off the website.

Now, when I was using the trial, and using the official version on my old computer, I had no trouble changing any of my .config files to add new brushes, ect.
I got a new computer fairly recently though, running Vista instead of XP, and now I am unable to save my brushtex.config and such files - I can open them and edit them using notepad, but it will absolutely not let me save them.
Goes something like this:
"Cannot creat *file name* make sure path and filename are correct"
Then it takes me to the 'save as' screen anyway - from there I hit save again, it asks me if I want to replace my config file, I say yes, and again it gives me the path and filename error.

Anyone else have the same issue, or know how to fix it?
