Launcher question

Hi there! I'm new to this forum but I've been reading for a while ^^

Recently I bought Clip studio from the official website ( http://www.clipstudio.net/en/ ) and I just realized there are tons of materials... in japanese.

Would you know if launcher works with the english version? Where can I find it? I was looking for hours and didn't find a download link though I read it is for free T3T

I had another question but I totally forgot about it so for now just this one ^^U

 It only works with the Japanese version of the program. You need to have it to get access to all those materials.English CSP just like Manga Studio cannot use all the benefits of Clip Studio. Hopefully, things will change some time in the future.
