Jerky Color Wheel
« on: January 31, 2014, 03:47:41 AM »
Been trying the program and I really like it but it's quite jerky, funny thing is when I move the color slider inside the color circle with the mouse it's smooth and fast but with the intuos pen it's slow and jerky (hangs for a millisecond). Does this happen with anyone else? Using the version that's available in English.

It's fine here, never noticed any issues.
Perhaps it's intuos (ex-bamboo) issue?

I think it might be relative to the graphics card, what card do you have? I'm using a GTX 650 with the latest drivers. It's weird, the brushes work ok but the color wheel is impossible, I really need a fast responsive wheel.

ATI Radeon 7700, no issues with tablet or mouse.
Did you update tablet drivers and check the settings?

I've resized it and rerun the program and it's smooth now. It was big before like in your screenshot, I think it might have been it, cheers!

Yeah also running the lastest wacom drivers, I switched from recognition mode to standard which is faster so that might have had an impact on the performance.
