Is this possible?
« on: January 01, 2014, 10:58:43 PM »
I have previously brought the full version of Sai, but recently, I have made a new account on my pc and the full version hasn't carried on to the new account and I have been stuck with the trial version when I downloaded Sai again on the new account. I was wondering if it is in anyway possible to get the full version of Sai back on this new account. If anyone could tell me then that'd be great  :)

Easy enough ... if you still have the registration information they sent you when you set it up before.

You need to just repeat the procedure you used then (summarized below, reprinted from RESTORERS' instructions elsewhere on this site) using the new 'System ID' from your new computer (see step 13 below).

Sadly, if you have lost your registration information Systemax sent you when you purchased it the first time, I know of no way to restore things other than buying a new licence (and remembering to print or otherwise store that confirmation email so you don't loose it again!).

10) You should receive another email from SYSTEMAX (subject: "SYSTEMAX Online Shop", from: shop@systemax.jp). It will look like that: http://images.detstwo.com/view/Rb5QgH.png

11) go to https://www.systemax.jp/en/license.html, DO NOT close the page.
12) Open last email, received from SYSTEMAX (subject: "SYSTEMAX Online Shop", from: shop@systemax.jp, looks like http://images.detstwo.com/view/Rb5QgH.png)
12) copy from last email received from SYSTEMAX: "Software License Number" and "Certificate Download Password" to opened page. DO NOT copy "Password Character Type" - is not required.
13) DO NOT close page
13) Open Paint Tool SAI, click "Others" (in menu), click "System ID"
14) Copy System ID and paste it on opened page in "Your PC's System ID"
15) Click "Download Software License Certificate"
16) Download certificate file ("sai-<some numbers here>.slc", for example "sai-010021195166.slc") and save this file on Desktop
17) DO NOT run this file
