Hi all,
when I tried installing SAI 2 from the link provided on this thread I get an error message.

Attached are the error message and the error log in case anyone needs it for troubleshooting purposes.

I tried installing it as an administrator but failed. I understand that the application itself is in Japanese, but I am hoping to play around with it, and see how it works on Surface Pro 1 and Surface Pro 3.

Hi all,
when I tried installing SAI 2 from the link provided on this thread I get an error message.

That error message states that the program has performed an illegal operation.

I was getting the same error for a while, but realized that SAI 2 functioned normally as long as I had my tablet connected prior to starting SAI 2. It also functioned normally after uninstalling the driver for my tablet.

So if you're still having trouble, it might be worth making sure your tablet is actually connected before starting SAI 2 or uninstalling the driver for your tablet. I can't really guarantee that this will help though.

There has been an update to SAI 2 (2015-01-02). It's available for download now on the development page.

Time for a new English translation. I'll be providing both a 32-bit and 64-bit patch this time around haha.

Edit: Actually, Koji appears to be providing an English release of the update as well! n_n It's not perfect, but neither was mine haha.

If you want to download the English release just click the "English" link in the upper right corner of the page. ;P

There are a lot of new features AND saving so go get it. x3

Oh my god! Ohh, mmy, ggod! My most favorite painting (for school stuff / diagrams / Mechanical engineering at least) program has the MOST absent function update - circle, quad and text!   

I'm trying beta right now but it's trial so I can't save the canvas. Is there any chance to save it somewhat? Or should I buy the 1.2 version and somewhay I'll receive a key that will enable this?

I already used CTR+F to find this "English" on this page but none, can u pls post the link instead or somebody pls?

is a beta full version if you have the key from 1.2

in the site say that all features are unlocked if you have the paid version, not the cracked one.

In order to use all of the functionality available in the update (including the ability to save your work) you'll need to own a license for SAI and download a new license for SAI 2 it's all explained in the development page.
