SAI Not Working After Purchasing Full Version

I just purchased the full version of SAI, and I love it. Unfortuantly, it says "trial period expired" once I open it. it still works but i cant do a lot of things like open and save files. Can it be fixed?

You have purchased the full version ... online I would assume.

Just a couple of things to check off your list:
- You took the info they sent you and did the online registration required to downloaded the license file?
- You put the license file you downloaded into the SAI folder and restarted sai?
