Question about registering on clip-studio

When I click submit, this message pops up in the capcha(?) code... I've tried typing in regular U.S font, full width roman alphabet, hiragana/katakana :\ no luck.



Am I missing a crucial piece of information needed to register?

I think there is "I agree" radial button on the bottom of the agreement.
How would you type "4E77" in katakana, don't get it?
