Can't zoom in?

Hi,

I just purchased SAI two days ago after discovering it for the first time on another forum.  I am having a problem where clicking the "zoom out" button does not work.  I can zoom in, but not zoom out.  Same with the keyboard shortcut.. the shortcut for "zoom in" works, but not "zoom out".

The program lets me manually select a zoom percentage with mouse or tablet.. currently that's the only way I can zoom out.  That's definitely a hassle though. 

I searched the forums here but didn't see any posts relating to zoom issues.  Am I the only one having this problem?  I am experiencing this issue with the fan-pack version and also with the official SAI version.

Edit:  I said this backwards.. I meant to say that I can't "zoom in" (see below)

You mean when you press Control+Space+Alt nothing happens? The icon should change to a magnifying glass with a - sign.

Woops, I said that backwards accidentally.  I meant to say "zoom in" doesn't work.  If I press the keyboard shortcut for "zoom in" (Ctrl and +), nothing happens.  Also, when I press the zoom in button at the top of the screen, nothing happens.  The "zoom out" keyboard shortcut works great (Ctrl and -) and so does pressing the button to zoom out at the top of the screen.

Also, selecting the Magnifying Glass (with + symbol activated) and clicking on the canvas does not zoom me in.  I can click and drag with the magnifying glass to zoom on a particular rectangular section, but just clicking on the canvas doesn't do anything.

Am I the only one having this problem?

Yeah, the version in that video was 1.0.1.  After your message I found and downloaded the latest version (1.0.5g) and have the same problem in that one.

Anyone have ideas?

I'm using the 1.1.0 version and Zoom In works perfectly now!

Uuuum, ever consider the fact that you could be using the wrong method of zooming in/out? Try scrolling the mouse. That is the actual default zoom for your page. If you are having trouble with brush size, you press the number keys at the top of your keyboard.
