CLIP STUDIO PAINT English Translation

Hi all
i tried to following the instructions to replace the content of folder named other under resource.
However, it is not working to translate into English.
I am using Mac system.
is anyone who could instruct me how to patch the eng translation?

Really hope that they just combine the English version and Japanese version into one and add a function to change language, since they both the same now. I just stop update since the 1.9.9 ver because some change in the translation, but the new version have the liquify tool look so tasty...

Hey biwua, sorry I don't have access to a mac anymore so can't provide further assistance. Maybe someone else can suggest something!

True. Pretty unfair how they've split the licences to exclude different languages. Well, maybe keygens are a possibility...

Unfortunately the MAC only, got a further update, so I can't be able to translate 1.11.7 as well. I don't own a MAC, sorry.

But I hope others enjoy my distro.

Also, if you haven't read about it yet, CELSYS will be changing the way perpetual licences/free updates and upgrades work for V2.
They are trying to shift towards a subscription based monthly/annual pass plan thing :/

Confusing enough to need its own flow chart!


This will massively affect future translation patches as once the subscription/upgrade plans expire, the version will roll back to the original!
If you're planning to purchase a new licence for CLIP Version 2.0, it might be best to switch from a Japanese licence to an English version instead.
