Comic Studio (Japanese) Installation Help

So, I recently tried to install the trial for Comic Studio EX 4 from CELYS, but I get a message half way through the installation process. O__o  I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or if I'm missing something...  But if anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it! : )

Is there a reason why you can't just install manga studio? Did you purchase it off Celsys' website?

No, it's just the trial that I downloaded off of Celsys' website. o_o I did not purchase it yet.

Ah!  I already have Manga Studio EX 4, but it doesn't have any updates anymore.  So I'm trying the trial of the Japanese version, which is refusing to fully install on my computer. D8
