Yeah, I know where you're coming from. I'm simply in a place where I don't have 70$ to spare at all.  So I've not been able to purchase CPS, and my trial ran out. This, my more "academic" interest currently. The tool looks good, I just can't afford it at the moment.

Sure, but you can still test it ,just not save the files, right?
That gives you plenty room to try the tools and workflow yourself.
Good luck.

have you tried installing the 1.1.1 update Memag? how are your brushes doing?
once the 1.1.1 installer saw the old 1.0.3 "Documents\CLIPStudioPaintVer1_0_0\" settings folder with the brushes, it copied/updated them all correctly into the new 1.1.1 "Documents\CLIPStudioPaintVer1_1_0\" and "Documents\CLIPStudioCommon\" material database.

i'm running system locale for non-unicode applications in Japanese at the moment though, so i'm worried that having the system locale set to anything other than Japanese breaks the material/brush database. i'll report back if there's any issues!

Edit - image to material, from there you can save your stuff as material, brush tip etc.
You can use this in brush engine where you can set your various settings and behavior of the brush.

Well I just though I'd share it here. Although u guys probably have this brush already as its quite popular. I really like redjuice999's brushes. http://www.clip-studio.com/clip_site/material/search/table/thumbnail/limit/20/order/1/ctype/all?starget=1&search_word=redjuice&default_search_txt=%E3%82%AD%E3%83%BC%E3%83%AF%E3%83%BC%E3%83%89%2830%E6%96%87%E5%AD%97%E4%BB%A5%E5%86%85%29&search_toggle_switch=close&cost=1&corp_flag=1&clipstudio_flag=true&theme=1&tool%5B%5D=1&type%5B%5D=1

It's probably the main reason I got this program to begin with coz im a big fan of his works. His pencil and clothing brush is just superb!!!!!

nice and crsp penciling

color mechanics with a bit of blending it just too awesome!

Although I gotta say that I find his hair brush difficult to use .... let me know if anyone actually figure how to use it properly http://www.clip-studio.com/clip_site/material/search/detail/contentid/1358983

I can't figure out how to download anything from the site. I'm logged in and tried translating the page, as well. *super-sad-face*

EDIT: I found the Clip downloader yet I can't get it to work correctly for some reason. I'm so close, I can feel it!

Humble flesh color palette someone could find useful.
http://speedy.sh/v5RfB/Memag-Flesh.cls

BTW, you can import Photoshop .aco files as CSP color palette,
and there is a TON of free palettes there so...

Heres' one for skin and hair.

Usually, there is a "price" of the material you want. You can see all the info on the left tab on the material webpage.

Here we see this "I do fear" model costs 300 gold or 3000 clippy's to download .

However there are free materials, like this fuzzy Seal (which is normal).
Free materials usually have  "Free download" button right beneath the material image.
You just need to press it and download the free goodies.

killaflip, nice use of the redjuice brushes! were you using them at default size? They seemed quite huge to me, but I was probably playing in 72dpi
;)

Memag, I've lost your 2 watery brushes and can't seem to download anything from 2shared (it's like an infinite loop ;(
Any chance you could re-upload them somewhere?

Edit: Just seen you can put a star on threads! Haha cool! Thanks Memag!
