Quick question guys!

I have just replaced the files that Trev so awesomely provided for us () but for some reason only parts of the menus are translated. I know it's not a full translation yet, but let me explain. On the first page of this thread, the picture shows that the sub tools like different watercolor brushes etc. are translated. In mine, only the menu, and tool option menus are translated. Also, the 3D materials, and tones all show question marks... Is anyone else having this issue or is this how it's supposed to be for now? I'm wondering if this new file is clashing with previous installs? I've installed 1.2 like 3 times and it won't seem to fix. I've tried setting my system locale to US on install but it still won't fix it. Anyone have any advice to completely uninstal every remnant of CSP and to start a fresh install? I think this might fix it. I've tried but I'm not sure the uninstall truly gets rid of everything. Thanks!

the first few translations had translated tools, but people were getting confused with the files/installing them so we kinda just stopped and let users rename their own tools

here's the default tool set
EditImageTool.todb & default.tgm go into:
"..\My Documents\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaintVer1_1_0\Tool\"

3D/Material categories have been translated before - but it breaks how CLIP STUDIO adds/stores data. and installing it was a bit tricky, so its staying in Japanese (if you have jp locale) or ? ? ? ? ? if you're using English!
hopefully CELSYS will change the way materials work soon... all eyes on smithmirco!

Hi Trev, I downloaded your CPS english translation .rar and edited it:
- I fixed some english mistakes and I also translated other menus and options that there were not translated (such as the Story section for EX users, the 3D Mannequin body settings, more dialogues and etc windows)
- I also added and translated the FILTERS and the Material Installer and Unistaller.
- I added the Clip Studio Launcher. I translated the main menu and some icons.

Could you please check it, compilate it with your translated version and add it to your main post? This way upcoming translated updates will be more completed:

Oh, you already can try it ^^ It's done for both PRO and EX versions, but I also translated the "Story"  windows for CSP EX users and other things for both versions.

hey Ireal, ive had a compare and it looks like you used ENG-0.1 language files as the base?
ENG-0.2 had a huuuge update (3D/menus/dialogs/brushproperties/tooltips) like 90% of CSP is translated!
so i'm not completely sure which bits are new - i've only copied in the Story/Batch related entries and the external exes/dlls
(sorry OSX users, like last time, these extras wont work on your system!)

You guys are fantastic, the translations are increasingly incredible, and I am increasingly excited about the program, although I have to lie in it till I got the same level of knowledge that I have of Manga Studio 4, will take a while I am dying to buy a license for the program, but I'll wait for the translation to complete as it was with IllustStudio and also the money's still short, but you're making me want more and more the program, thank you for the hard work and the effort to make it accessible to all the rest of the world ... Oh! I didn't noticed you submited an ENG-0.2 version later -____-' so yes, I used the ENG-0.1. I'm sorry, my bad!

"Story" submenus and windows for EX users were not translated in the new ENG-0.3 though. Now that I've downloaded your lastest ENG-0.3 version, check the following changes I did in this new one please:

RE-SUBMITTED!!! _{(3rd Jan 2013)}: 742DEA58-ED6B-4402-BC11-20DFC6D08040.rar
( LOCATION: C:\Program Files\CELSYS\CLIP STUDIO\CLIP STUDIO PAINT\resource\other\ )

- "Check to Spread" and "Check to Single pages" submenus and dialogues --> I would personally change those names with "Match Pages" and "Unmatch Pages", just like in Manga Studio EX 4.0 menus.
- "Story Settings" submenu and dialogues  [preview]
- "Start Page/ Binding Edge" [preview]
- Just a few more random dialogues.
- "Batch" submenu [preview]
- "Add Page" dialogues [preview]
- "Add Page (Options)" go at the end, just after the "# of pages" option, there is a text that still is in japanese in the line #002CCb00 "対するページを見開きにする" = "Display as Matched Double Pages" ) [preview]

All works fine, Trev. Please consider adding it to your main post if you think that all codes are ok. EX users would be glad ^^

awesome Ireal! i've just gone through it (in hex at least) and everything is looking good! (and thanks for the screenshots, i can see what it looks like and where i missed sections of jp strings!)
