I cannot confirm or help pinpoint the error as I have trial version, which expired, so I get "licence expired" dialogue whatever I try to do.
Here are my working files, they are not continuation of 5 and 5b translation , but parallel translation versions. I fixed few translation errors you have reported.


There are more dialogues,correction layer and panel stuff resolved. Hopefully Save works for you. Let me know.

How about use Google Translator Toolkit?

@Memag super update! Made a few changes:

N e w C a n v a s > Untitled Document (Fixed the 09 hex breaking the Save As dialog. Using a large filename to fill the space!)
X Form > Modify (this should cover all actions in the sub-menu?)

Brush size > Brush Size (changed a few words from lowercase to uppercase to keep it uniform)
Memag rules and opacity does not,right? > Opacity of the drawing.
Hue-Saturation-Lightness > Hue/Saturation (in keeping with PS/OC/SAI)
Cancel? > Cancel
Lig > Value (Value works better as we're not dealing with colorspace and it also elimiates the (V) shortcut from being displayed)
Brush tip angle > Set the angle for brush tip rotation (serious syntax error; 00 00 00 hex in the middle of the text string)
Layer      %d > Layer %d (removed several 02/00 white-space values before '%d')
Lock Layer > Rock Layer (this has to stay! it wouldn't be a genuine engrish translastion without it!)

Also I'm not sure about the tool translations in E79C2AC5-BC3F-4838-9E87-F49B629F84B5 (LN:00108A20)?
These don't seem to affect the tool names (even when you restore to defaults using the Shift startup command) and with your current translations it seems to change the default tool loadout and removes the seperators. I'm not really sure if CSP needs the default Japanese names and are they linked to certain Tool properites?
Could this be a serious problem in the future? e.g

About the Tool translations:
1. Run Japanese version,create japanese name tool.
2. Replace translations 742DEA58-ED6B-4402-BC11-20DFC6D08040.
3. Rename the Tool name as same as in 742DEA58-ED6B-4402-BC11-20DFC6D08040. If that have white-space,that need add the space in Tool name.

That is about the string format in CSP.

Is it all? No,I think you can see "ファイル" is "0C E3 83 95 E3 82 A1 E3 82 A4 E3 83 AB".
If you Replaced it to "0C 46 69 6C 65 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00",you can see the Menu have some space!
You need to change the "OC" to "04",that's no any space more.

What's the "OC"?
The "E3 83 95 E3 82 A1 E3 82 A4 E3 83 AB" leng is 12 byte.
Decimal converted to hexadecimal.
12 = OC

Also,File > 46 69 6C 65 > 4 byte > 04

I shared the ToUtf8.exe can converted it.

I'm actually installing UltraEdit right now to test the ToUtf8.exe :D
(I might need to change my system language to enable UTF-8 in UltraEdit hex view?)

Edit:
To display UTF-8 Japanese correctly in UE's hex mode; View > Set HEX/Column Mode Font to anything with Japanese Script (most likely MS Gothic or MS Mincho on Windows OS)

You just choose a Hex editor who support Macro is OK.

As your setting,my UltraEdit also can't display Japanese correctly.
I only use UltraEdit to Replace string.So i don't care.
I view UTF-8 japanse on EmEditor,open file with UTF-8 Encode on TEXT mode.

I Translate and localization on SDL Passolo.
I recommend Google Translator Toolkit because it support multiuser Translate one file online.

heh Rock Layer is just something that seems to appear in some early English translations (OC, mdiapp, IllustStudio via Majikkuwando)
I thought it would be cute to keep it :)



I'll start creating the Find/Replace text string file (unless someone else wants to do it? :D
once it's done I'll upload it to Google Translator Toolkit for multi-user editing.

That's some Preparation for Google Translator Toolkit.(Only my suggest.)

1. Open my Macro file with UltraEdit.
2. Run this Macro and Save As *.csv file format.

I wouldn't complain if they toss a licence this way.
However I'm not sure if it's completely legal to tamper their code by translating files.

I'm hoping this will have unofficial "fan-made" version like sai as a work around from the license. As a mac user there's not much opinions left for a program like this.
