these files dont translateds in english, wenn i put these files the program go back to japanese....

Translations Order
Extraction of String -> Passolo settings -> Passolo Translation -> hex conversion (UTF8) -> Replace Macro -> PNG extraction -> PNG translation-> PNG Replace Macro -> complete

Object Sub ToolMenu will be displayed when you right-click the canvas while using the [Object] sub-tool.

  It normally does. Best tip would be waiting for a new translation patch before updating.

Quick tip:

You can change the layer blending mode by hovering the cursor over the mode button and scrolling your mouse wheel.
Clicking on the mode button does not leave the button active (like photoshop) so you can't click and  scroll to change mode.You can scroll over any slider to change it's value (in more precise manner), if you hate clicking on those tiny triangles.

Wasn't Clip Studio Paint released as Manga Studio 5? If so, what is the need for this translation now?

It was, but Clip Lab and Clip Studio Paint was released before there was mention of MS5.
So this translation was initiated before Manga Studio 5 was out in open. CPS was already available to customers.
You will need this translation if you wish to have constantly updated program, bug fixes, features etc.
CSP is already few point versions ahead of MS5. IMO, huge advantage of Clip over MicroSmith customer.

And tomorrow is another upgrade day!
