I would use a different rar extractor.  Try UnRarX.

Ditto - I have run into this before, and it is usually the unrar program.  StuffIt Extractor tends to work well also.

All the tools are stored with-in "My Documents\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaintVer1_0_0\Tool"
If you shared that, we'd have an exact copy of your tools, but we'd lose all our tool changes.
Exporting them is individually seems to be the only way (maybe you could assign a shortcut key to do it quicker? :D

Trev, these two files are barely 1.4MB together, are you sure that's the folder where tools are stored?
I have too many patterns to export them one by one. Can someone check if they got new sub-tools?
Here are the files.

Tool folder

Whole bunch!

BUT! a very big but here.

None of the textures nor patterns are there!

All pattern, ribbon brushes you made come out as a basic round brush, same for the textured painting brush/pencil.

It could be in Material->User folder.
I think Tool folder and files store settings for the particular tools not the image material used for them.
Let me pack and upload the material, and someone can test it.
I'll post the link.

OKay, here is the user folder.Put it in "Material" folder (path for Win7 , C:\Users\****\Documents\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaintVer1_0_0\Material).
Let me know if it works? Thanks!

Maybe it needs these files as well.
We'll get to the bottom of it.

Put this into "Material" folder

Actually, all the patterns are located in C/Prorgams/Celsys/CSP/Setting/Material/15_brush_patterns

You maybe better off exporting them one by one in .sut, in my opinion.
Less messy, one will just have to install each separately.

Hey, how do I reset the pen pressure curve, found in the brush parameters (eg. brush size).
Thanks.

BTW, the third parameter is velocity/speed of stroke.
Very interesting effect.
