Can a Wordpress Blog have multiple editors?
I remember Wordpress could be upgraded, unlike Blogger.  I'haven't really worked with Wordpress before.

yup! i did a manual install on my last server and it's pretty easy to setup (and there's tons of plug-ins and themes available!).
you can add multiple users with different privileges too

Well we don't really need tons of plugins, just something that could look simple and handy enough to be managed by perhaps a group of over 10 individuals, maybe more.
Compatible with goggle account- preferably, and free of any fees :P

I could set one up tomorrow, if all of you enthusiasts of the idea and aspiring mods would please raise your hands.
I dispose of very little free time, to moderate anything on my own.

:D and PM me your mails maybe?
Then way I can link membership-invitations once it's up and running.

Well we don't really need tons of plugins
plug-ins can add things like watermarks, image crops, thumbnails, feeds from flickr photostreams, lightboxes, jpeg compression quality, back-ups, attachment previews, upload replacement, tag/user management, caching, comment spam filters etc.
some are really useful :)

You have all the same tools as everybody else. Most of them grouped into similar functions groups.
If you mean tool as in "sub-tool" palette, brushes , there is "tools&materials" folder you can download (page 1) and copy that to your folder.
I think some of those are trevs, not default ones, but it's pretty easy to make new brushes and tools.

If anybody knows where sub-tools are stored, or how to export them as a group, I would be glad to share some of my brushes I work with.

Nope, they're 100% the default tools/settings, just translated to match the names inside the language file.
But the cool thing about CSP is that you can rename the tools and it'll update your own database!

All the tools are stored with-in "My Documents\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaintVer1_0_0\Tool"
If you shared that, we'd have an exact copy of your tools, but we'd lose all our tool changes.
Exporting them is individually seems to be the only way (maybe you could assign a shortcut key to do it quicker? :D

EX version comes out late fall/winter. You could always upgrade too.

I've been wondering that too! I'm in the middle of making some of my fav photoshop brushes into Clip Brushes. It WOULD be nice if there was a way upload a large amount of brushes at a time...

Registering with wordpress today.

Anyone wanna throw topic/blog post ideas

I think for starters (In the order)
1: Info on Clip Studio Paint
2: Downloading the trial
3: Installing the English translation
4: Purchasing Clip Studio Paint
5: Purchasing Japanese vs Waiting for an official English license.
