This edition comes with a 72 marker color palette,but no color wheel.

I just found out about it myself. I have the full version of Sketchbook Pro 2011 and the Service Pack 2 update adds the full 346 color library complete with the Copic number and name description.

Copic also has swatch files of 72 or all 346 Copic colors for Photoshop,Painter,and Illustrator on their Japanese download page.
They are PC and Mac compatible as well.
