I've opened up an early version of the user translation system website for Majikkuwando.

You can find it at: http://translate.kaetemi.be/ui_browse.php

Whenever you notice odd translations in your IllustStudio, just use the browse tool to search for the bad sentence, and supply a new translation.
You can then vote the different sentences up or down, in order to bring the highest quality translation up.
As soon as your sentence has passed as the most popular translation, you'll be able to get this translation by retranslating your original iswResJ.dll file.

In order to get sentences voted up faster, also keep an eye on the latest suggested translations at http://translate.kaetemi.be/ui_latest.php, and vote the best translations up.

Google Translate API is no longer free, and the Microsoft Bing Translate API still doesn't seem to perform as well as Google's translation API, so it had to happen eventually.
I'm seeding the database with known translations from other applications as well. Hopefully if there are some matches there that should improve the overall translation quality by a bit already.
New client version with some minor unimportant changes up as well.

On that note, Microsoft Translate API will also become a paid service.

So... what does that mean?

That in a few months there won't be any new automatically translated sentences anymore. Everything that's currently already translated will remain available.

Coda: When you add translations, make sure to add them to the translation set that contains the Japanese sentence. There are some broken translation sets in the database with wrong language tags.

Hmmm... I'll have to take a closer look at that, for as far as I have noticed there wasn't any language indication anywhere near.

I found a little issue with the latest 1.2.3 IS version translation
The layer modes ( normal, multiply, darken ... etc.) don't translate and the little option : "set layer as reference layer" in layer properties panel
I wouldn't know how to find those back in Mjkwando back-end.

Ok, got it, I dumped quite a few translation in there this morning.
Only layer mode that doesn't translate is Multiply, some one has gotto vote it up once or twice.
