also, on xp 32bit you could try enable the PAE /3gb switch to the boot.ini and that should allow upto 3gb.
although we have64bit operating systems, most of the software is STILL 32bit, so can only use 2-3gb MAX. which is a shame :\

From the menu bar;
Others > Keyboard Shortcuts

Select the action you want to change (on the right hand side)
and then select a keystroke from the left. You can use the check boxes at the top for modifier keys!

Also, you can change the Tools/Brushes by double clicking on them. So easy, all software should be made this good!

Ren, check out TV Paint
http://www.tvpaint.com/
its a commercial program.. but its SO great for frame by frame animation with a tablet! its raster based (unlike toonboom/anime pro)
the tools are almost as capable as Painter.

SAI has huuugee potential for animation, im completely amazed with its vector implementation it works great with Illustrator!

rocking, normally i'd agree with you.. but this is a program made by one guy. he's spent years making this in his spare time... and finally released it for a *really* low price.

if youre going to use his application and take joy from creating works with it.. the least you can do is support him.
the more support he gets for SAI, the more it will develop.
if NO one bought it and continued to crack/warez it, it would quickly die off, which would be a real shame.

why should v0.5 be freeware?! do you see Adobe giving away free versions of Photoshop? no. there's a trial, if you like it - buy it! (its seriously cheap)

i dont really understand your argument.. you cant afford to pay for your net access each month and thats why you want a SAI serial/crack? yeeaahh..

SAI General / SAI license
« on: March 04, 2008, 01:46:45 PM »
Hello,
I've really fallen in love with this program! I'd like to buy it (I'll probably wait until paypal option is available) but I'm curious how the licensing works and wonder if anyone could claify.

At time of purchase - is the generated license code LOCKED to the System ID number?
I'm always formatting and switching between XP x86/x64, will this cause the license to become invalid?
Does the license expire with the introduction of a new release (i.e SAI ver.2.0, ver.5.0 etc)

Thanks if anyone has more info!
