sorry for the lateness >.>

on all file formats, even on my older SAI files from a year or so ago...
I've re-formatted about two weeks before I'd bought SAI ...

I've kinda given up though, just not going from old files or other images... it works as long as the save is recent it works.

SAI General / error help

I'm trying to open, well.. basically ALL of my pencil sketches, and just random downloads and I kep getting this error;

EXCEPTION_INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO

at first I thought it was the file names themselves, so I changed them, and I got the error again. So then I thought well maybe it's just a random blip in the system. So I downloaded a couple random pictures off the internet, and tried openeing them. Same error.
I've played with the settings a bit, reset them, played with them again, and it's still popping up.
It's to the point now the only thing it's letting me open is photo's from my camera. And it's really starting to irritate me...


any help? suggestions? should I just give up XD

what if you downloaded a trial version of photoshop or something, re-sized it in that and then re-opened it in SAI?
