There's now available a 50% discount in Clip Studio for PC/Mac till november 27th  ;D
But they keep the subscription plans for iPad and no special discount  :'(
I used the initial 6 free months offer but I'm avoiding to renew until they allow a one-time payment option as with PC/Mac versions  :(

Can we now select the path for the install? Or it still doesn't ask nothing more than language and uses "plain" path?  :'(

Edited:
Ok, paths "affair" is still there... Is it so difficult to ask the users which path they want for installation like trillions of programs already do? REALLY???  :(

I REALLY hope so too. It would be very sad to have supported CELSYS buying 2 licenses and be forced to choose between them because the features built aren't still the same on both JP and other languages versions  :(

So, after struggling with renaming directories, uninstalling, reinstalling and so on, I ended up with the following: japanese PRO v1.6.7 (patched by crigo) and english EX v1.6.2

Definitely, maintaining ENG and JP versions (both updated and usable at v1.6.7) seems not possible.

CELSYS should stop messing with paths, no matter if now we've got a universal installer or not. If I'm choosing English language, it should update  using the _EN path.

They messed paths from v1.4.x to 1.5.x versions and now AGAIN. SO ANNOYING  :(

The universal installer behaves really weird.
In my case, I own 2 licenses: one japanese PRO and another english EX (I usually run the EX although it was several versions behind)

If I run the installer as it is and select Japanese language, my japanese PRO gets updated... OK
If I run the installer through modified shortcut ( /L1033), then my english EX remains the same but the japanese one transforms into english... WEIRD

I suspect that the installer doesn't use "C:\Program Files\CELSYS\CLIP STUDIO 1.5 EN" path although you specify English language installation  ???

Improvements are always welcome  :)

Does anybody know if there is any plan of implementing 16 bit colour?

Although I would be happy enough if Celsys implemented the CMYK colour management CORRECTLY as requested for so long :-/
