SAI in English / my paint tool sai crashed....

well it crashed while i was drawing and i forgot to save it! 
but i think i found its temporary file, how do i open it?
also i tried looking up "temporary" in the help topics, one thing came up, but it wouldn't display it, would anyone be kind enough to tell me what was written in it?

um, recently my sai closed its self due to an error and the picture i was doing wasnt saved but i found a tmp file but how do i open it in sai again?
