Found it !!

All I had to do is delete the two files at this directory:
C:\Users\ your LOGIN-USER-NAME\AppData\Roaming\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaint\1.0.0\ Boot

Hope someone finds this useful. lol.

I purchased ex, and need to replace my pro- to upgrade.

I tried, uninstalling, ccleaner. nothing?

How can i manually remove the key? (registry)

The american version WILL release updates but they'll be like a year appart for each. :/ theyre so slow on it.
