well well well.....after a long time and try and error.....finally (i hope) i resolve the issue with sai....

Please help me!!!
Then i run Paint Tool Sai, when i click in ANY combo menu (imagen1), inmediatly crash and show me an error.
Here some screencaps.

i run like admin, even i try in Windows XPsp2 compatibility.
